Hey Guys.

I’ve been doing a bit of radio programming, Philips/Icom/Kyodo, (ie many DOS programs)
and have had some unexplained results that I think will help/interest some of you.

I have found that using a DOS window from within Windows mostly doesn’t work (extreme slow PC’s exception),
rebooting to DOS doesn’t work either (same exception),
but when starting cold the command prompt (hit F8 when loading Win98) works at whatever speed you like.
I have just successfully used my P4 3Ghz running XP (boot disc required) on a PRM80 Philips without slowing.
